Was on Carver 70-74. Started in Seaman Gang, worked my way into Yeoman shack! Have attended one reunion, none since (time & money). With it being in Washington, don't know if I can afford that either. Oh well! I do miss those days and the crew!

Blue Crew, Nav-ET from 1985-1988. 5 Patrols.

Was wondering if the ship still exists as a museum somewhere or if its just scrap metal by now.

Gold Patrols 3,4,5, 68-69. I missed another reunion. I guess no one missed me but I hope a few of you do remember me because I remember a lot of you. I was one of the "City Slickers", made famous in a halfway nite song (I think the lyrics went "it was Greenie, Bronx, Crowley, Roy, and Woody was the boss" and from my standpoint it went downhill from there).

I envy all of you who could attend the reunion and I hope you had a great time. May the good memories and the good times never end.

I served aboard Carver after a brief vacation from the Navy (2 years out) in the mid 70's. CO was Capt. Andy Cotterman, XO was Pete Dolan. Had one of the best tours of my 28 year Navy career while on board. Was blessed to have a great Radio Gang to work with. Hardy, Seward, Walt Reeves, Miles, Blaine, Foster Bliss.
